For the past 2 decades Alsons AutoParts has been designing, manufacturing and supplying automotive OEMs in Pakistan with functional assemblies and components.

As a consequence of our manufacturing value chain, we have recently ventured into the non-automobile sector and are also manufacturing value-added products for the Energy, Home Appliances and Consumer Lighting sectors.

Alsons AutoParts is a performance driven organization and extensively uses KPIs to monitor operational efficiency, from Product Development timelines to in-time delivery of Finished Goods.

Alsons AutoParts employs experienced professionals for all disciplines and prides itself on its skill set. As part of our Human Development Program, Continuous improvement (KAIZEN) and 5S are encouraged as Standard Operating Procedures, with successful projects recognised and rewarded through quarterly competitions. Our induction process is focused on identifying professionals with initiative and creativity and ensures that the brightest minds in the manufacturing sector are employed.

We invest in trainings that address business requirements, worker competency and management skills.

Apart from external trainings that are conducted by relevant trade bodies and OEMs, we also focus on in-house trainings that embrace topics from Conflict Management to Lean Manufacturing. Trainers for these topics are selected from within our management cadre and they are encouraged to share their knowledge and experience through trainings, mentoring and coaching.

	Atlas Honda Pakistan Speedometers for all models
	Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Plastic and engine stamping parts for Honda Civic and City

	We also work with the following non-automotive customers:
	Philips Pakistan Philips Pakistan was looking for an organization that could deliver quality standards for locally assembled LED downlighters. As a consequence of assembling electro-mechanical speedometers, Alsons AutoParts was a logical choice.
	Kenwood Pakistan Localization of inverters was a key priority for Kenwood Pakistan. Because of our plastic manufacturing and mold maintenance capabilities, we were chosen to manufacture specialized plastic parts.
	K Electric To support the ABC (Aerial Bundle Cable) initiative, KE required a business partner that could substitute imports with local manufacturing. Our infrastructure and Quality System gave KE the conﬁdence to award us the manufacturing of precision parts.
